Delivery & returns
Estimated date of delivery will be identified in the order. Print Kits will be sent by first class mail on the first working day that the order is received (with a cut-off time of 3:00pm). Typical delivery of the final item is 2-4 weeks, depending on workload. The Seller will not have any liability for a failure beyond its reasonable control to deliver by the estimated date of delivery.
All completed items are sent by first class, trackable mail, requiring a signature on receipt. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, and your order is returned after the carrier has attempted delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery fee for re-sending the goods.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Goods have been accepted with confirmation of delivery by a postal service or courier (or when they are picked up in person). You must check the goods upon receipt of delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform the Seller within 14 days of delivery. If you do not inform the Seller within 14 days the Seller shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods.
You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made.
All goods supplied by the Seller are warranted free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not affect other consumer rights you may have.
